The terms that govern your purchase from superstructuring.com.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of superstructuring.com ("the Site") and any purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Who we are
SuperStructuring sells composite decking plugs designed to match popular composite deck-board colors. We ship within the United States only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Products, pricing, and availability
Product images, colors, and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but may differ slightly from the physical product because of monitor calibration, manufacturer batch variation, or natural color tolerances in composite materials. We do not warrant exact color matching.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed; if a corrected price is materially higher than the price you saw at checkout, we will offer you the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Stock quantities are best-effort. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or a substitute.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failures, or shipping restrictions, with a full refund of any amount charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers. By placing an order you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Standard shipping is free on every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; actual delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for the product pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us.
7. Returns and refunds
Our return policy is in our Returns & Refunds policy (Contact page). It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Warranty disclaimer
This disclaimer does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to your deck or property arising from product installation.
10. Installation and use
Decking plugs are installation accessories. You are responsible for following the deck-board manufacturer's installation guidance and any local building codes. We do not provide installation services, and we are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use.
11. Intellectual property
The Site, our logo, product photographs we own, and the layout and selection of products on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. References to third-party brand names (Trex, Fiberon, etc.) are for compatibility reference only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. All third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission; (b) attempt to bypass security controls; (c) place fraudulent orders; or (d) interfere with the operation of the Site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the placeholder state above, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
